The invention provides an enterprise electronic signature method based on an identify label and a trusty system, relates to a digital signature technology in an information security field and provides a whole safe and reliable solution method for an information platform of an enterprise. On the basis of the utilization of quadratic residues, the invention constructs a code method which does not need to be matched and is based on identifies. The method comprises four steps: initialization (Setup), private key generation (Extract), signature (Sign) and verification (Verify). On the basis of the code method, the invention provides a specific enterprise internal electronic signature method and constructs a trusty system based on the specific enterprise internal electronic signature method, the Setup is used for establishing a master key, the Extract is used for generating a private key for a user, relevant information, such as the identity information of the user, the private key, and the like are combined into an electronic seal and solidified into a Ukey so as to be stored by the user. The user uses the private key in the Ukey to sign a document by using fingerprint information on a client.
