Halogen-free flame-retardant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or tape

Object of the present invention is to provide a sufficient adhesive properties, but does not contain a halogen based flame retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet. In a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a flame retardant acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive sheet or tape comprising comprising structural units derived from (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomers, nitrogen-containing monomers and carboxyl group-containing monomer units of acrylic polymers, and metal hydrates. A second aspect of the present invention, the flame retardant acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive tape or sheet comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive layer containing a flame retardant, comprising an acrylic polymer and a metal hydrate, which comprises acrylic polymer derived from ( meth) acrylate monomer and a nitrogen-containing monomer or carboxyl group-containing monomers; and at least one surface in contact with at least a portion of the flame retardant-containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a second pressure sensitive adhesive layer , which contains an acrylic polymer, the acrylic polymer contained units derived from (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer units and carboxyl group-containing monomer or a nitrogen-containing monomer.
