2010
improvement rates in abdominal pain score after 1 week with RPZ were higher than with ITO (P=0.0194). No significant difference was seen between groups in GSRS indigestion scores. GSRS abdominal pain domain score ≥3 vs <3: In change rates of abdominal pain score, significantly higher rates were seen after 1 week with abdominal pain scores ≥3 than those with scores <3 in both group (RPZ: 67.1±25.9% vs 100.2±28.0%; ITO : 72.0±28.8% vs 124.0±64.0%, P<0.05). In change rates of digestion score, no significant difference was seen between abdominal pain score types. GSRS indigestion score ≥3 vs <3: In change rates of abdominal pain score, no significant difference was seen between abdominal pain score types in RPZ, but, significantly lower rates were seen after 1 week with indigestion scores <3 than those with scores ≥ 3 in ITO (111.1±47.4% vs 83.5±23.0%, P=0.0364). In change rates of digestion score, no significant difference was seen between indigestion score types. Conclusions: The improvement of abdominal pain symptom with ITO was influenced by the strength of concomitant abdominal pain and indigestion symptoms, but with RPZ is not inference by the strength of concomitant indigestion symptoms.
