Clinical application of 3D laparoscope in suspended transumbilical panhysterectomy

2015
Objective: To discuss the application value of 3D laparoscope in suspended transumbilical panhysterectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 36 patients undergoing 3D suspended transumbilical laparoscopic panhysterectomy from Feb. 2013 to Feb. 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All of the 36 operations were successfully performed. The operation time was( 90. 7 ±19. 6) min. The intraoperative hemorrhage was( 65. 8 ± 10. 4) ml. The exhaust time was( 17. 2 ± 6. 3) h. The postoperative hospital stay was( 4. 9 ± 0. 5) d. Conclusions: 3D suspended transumbilical laparoscopic panhysterectomy is a safe and feasible approach with few complications and minimal invasion. The surgical incision is beautiful and indetectable. 3D laparoscope can provide three-dimensional visual field,so the surgical position is more accurate. It can avoid the"fight phenomenon"of instruments in suspended transumbilical laparoscopy to a certain extent. It is much easier to cut, separate, tie a knot and stitch in 3D laparoscopic surgery. So it may reduce the operating time and blood loss in the surgery but dose not increase the operative costs. But there are still some deficiencies of 3D laparoscope such as parallax, vomiting and visual fatigue. These problems need to be solved in future.
