Methods for reducing the effects of clouds in satellite remote sensing scenes

Satellite Remote Sensing scenes from optical satellite, are strongly affected by clouds. Most of the European countries (including Romania) have clouds about 1/3 of the year. So, it is necessary to reduce the clouds effects in order to use these images. The paper presents a method usable in this purpose.
