High-level Modeling of Bluetooth System Using SystemC-AMS

This work presents a modeling of the RF chain of a Bluetooth standard communication system with SystemC-AMS (SC-AMS), and a first result of the RF system performance Bit-Error-Rate (BER) is shown. An integration of the RF chain into a packetbased Network in SystemC-TLM (SC-TLM) is realized and a power consumption curb of a global simulation of this system is obtained.
