European regulation of perfluoroalkyl substances

With a brief overview, it is illustrated how the REACh Regulation could be an appropriate instrument by which to implement the necessary control measures on production, placing on the market and use of perfluoroalkylated substances exhibiting persistent organic pollutants characteristics.
