Natural frequency adjusting method of turbine blisk

2014
The invention provides a natural frequency adjusting method of a turbine blisk. The natural frequency adjusting method is characterized in that including measuring initial natural frequency of the turbine blisk; according to the initial natural frequency, integrating a measuring result of excitation frequency or dynamic stress of airflow periodic pulsation, and calculating blade frequency adjustment amount of the blisk, accordingly imparting safety resonate frequency margin to all-order natural frequency of the blisk; performing a kerf between each two adjacent blades, forming a certain angle with an engine axis, then forming stop holes in the tails of the kerfs, in this way, the blades are protected from damage based on shapes thereof, and according to the the iterative computation, determining radial depth of the kerfs and geometrical parameter of the stop holes through the blade frequency adjustment amount; mounting pins in the stop holes to prevent axial air leakage, and subjecting the two ends of each pin to expanding treatment by the aid of a special tool so as to prevent the pins from falling off during operation.
