Construction method of drilling follow casting pile used for building or bridge foundation

2007
The invention relates to a construction method for a drilling following pipe pile for buildings or bridge foundation. The method includes the following construction procedures: First, a drill rod is used to cover a high strength pre-stress concrete pipe or a steel pipe on the ground; the front end of the drill rod is provided with an impinger and a broaching collapsible bit, which follows the drill and the pipe, protects the wall and drills into a design elevation; drilling is terminated, and the broaching collapsible bit exits; a mortar pump is used to pump out all the mortar and sediment; concrete is poured into the pipe and pressure grouting is conducted towards the outside of the pipe wall, and stopped until the concrete and the mortar reach the ground. The invention is to present a construction method with high construction speed, reliable quality, low material consumption, high pile bearing capacity, mechanical operation and environmental protection. The invention solves the deficiencies in the current drilling pouring pile construction methods that adoption of mortar to protect the wall pollutes the environment, snakes in hole are easy to occur during drilling, quality of concrete casting is unstable, and the pre-stress pipe piles are easy to make the soil rise and lower, etc. Piles constructed with the method has high strength, the pile bottom has no sediment, the pileends are all socketed, and can achieve more than twice bearing capacity of the drilling cast-in-place piles with the same diameter.
