On the EPA and DHA Contents in Marine Organism and their Cost-Effectiveness

EPA and DHA help to reduce blood fat,improve intelligence and protect eyesight,but they are relatively rare in land organisms.This paper conducts an analysis of the contents of DHA in marine organism and its cost-effectiveness based on the Table for Food Composition in order to provide reference for people's choice of daily food.
