Preparation method of micrometer-sized silicon dioxide microspheres

The invention relates to a preparation method of micrometer-sized silicon dioxide microspheres, which comprises the following steps: preparing a silicon precursor-containing solution; adding the silicon precursor-containing solution into a solution containing electrolyte and a catalyst; performing stirring reaction for 0.5-5 hours; and separating, purifying, and drying to obtain the micrometer-sized silicon dioxide microspheres. According to the preparation method of micrometer-sized silicon dioxide microspheres, the electrolyte having an appropriate concentration is introduced into a stober system, thus realizing preparation of the micrometer-sized silicon dioxide microspheres. The method is simple in process, simultaneously avoids the disadvantages of secondary nucleation and high time consumption in a seed method and use of a large amount of surfactant in an emulsion method, and can realize large-scale preparation, thus meeting the requirements of practical application.
