Studies on preparation process of soybean phosphatidylcholine

Objective To research the preparation process of soybean phosphatidylcholine.Methods ①the high purity soybean phosphatidylcholine was prepared with Al2O3 column chromatography and XAD-2resin column chromatography; ②combining methods of HPLC and TLC were used to control the process analysis and end products quality.Results The preparation process of different levels of high purity soybean phosphatidylcholine was setup up and qualitative and quantitative quality control was carried out.
