Blood sampler and blood sampling tool comprising blood container

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a blood sampling tool with which, even where a minute sample is being collected, the minute sample can be collected in a state suitable for later examination. A blood sampling tool of the present invention is provided with: a pipette tip-shaped blood sampler that has openings at an upper section and a lower section, and that is provided with an interior space for suctioning in and retaining blood through capillary action; a blood container having a hydrophilically treated inner wall and bottom section that are able to accommodate the blood that has been collected by the blood sampler, a protrusion being provided to the bottom section; and a sealing lid for sealing the blood container. With this blood sampling tool, when the lower opening of the blood sampler, in the interior space of which blood has been suctioned and is retained, is contacted with the inner wall or bottom section of the blood container, the blood moves easily from the blood sampling tool to a blood storage tool.
