High-performance polystyrene-based composite material, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a high-performance polystyrene-based composite material. The composite material comprises polystyrene (PS), an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer, a lubricant, ceramic whisker, ceramic microspheres and a silane coupling agent. The invention also provides a preparation method and an application of the high-performance polystyrene-based composite material. The ABS copolymer is added to the PS used as a base material in order to carry out blending modification, and the active ceramic whiskers, the ceramic microspheres and other materials are added in a multi-phase blending processing mode to prepare a special industrial sheet material with the advantages of high strength, high wear resistance and heat insulation and flame retardation functions, can be used in industries, such as household electrical appliance industry enhancement, flame retardation and heat insulation anticorrosion sheets, has better performances than the pure PS material, and has reduced cost. The composite material can be used to manufacture yacht bodies.
