Study on distortion correction of printed circuit board photoelectricity image

In order to correct the distortion phenomenon of printed circuit board(PCB)photoelectricity image acquired from CCD camera system because of bigger visual field,an emendation method based on adaptive control was proposed.The basic principle that corrects the image which has geometric distortion was analyzed in detailed:Firstly,the relationship between the coordinates of points in distortion image and the coordinates of the corresponding points in emendation image was given;Secondly,based on the mapped relation of control points between the distortion image and the emendation image,using least squares method,polynomial fitting and gray restoration of bilinearity interpolation,the corresponding coordinates of control points were found between distortion image and emendation image by adaptive control relationship,and the distorted image was corrected effectively.The emendation experiments were made on pane test image and PCB photoelectricity image obtained through CCD camera system,the results of the experiments verified the correctness of the proposed method.
