Распространенность и факторы риска заболеваний желчевыводящих путей у коренных и пришлых жителей Хакасии

To study the characteristics of the prevalence and risk factors for biliary pathology a cross-sectional clinical and epidemiological survey of Khakassia population aged 16 years and older, in which the clinical examination and ultrasound scan of the abdomen have been performed on 50% random sample in 722 Europoids and in 643 Khakassians, has been conducted. The prevalence of cholelithiasis in Europoids was 7,2%, chronic acalculous cholecystitis – 8,8%, in the Khakases these indices were, respectively, 3,4% and 4,1%. Risk factors for cholelithiasis in Europoids were female gender, age over 30 years and obesity, in the Khakases it were obesity, age over 40 years old and female gender.
