LSG Under Block Anesthesia (PVB)

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy remains one of the gold standard techniques in the field of Bariatric Surgery. The current trend is to perform LSG under General Anesthesia (GA). PVB a relatively new technique in anesthesia may be a good alternative for the patients with multiple comorbid conditions that are considered a relative contra indication for general anesthesia.
