Effect of Pifukang Lotion plus 1% Bifonazole Ointment in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Pifukang Lotion plus 1%Bifonazole Ointment in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis.Methods: 88 cases of patients with malassezia folliculitis who tested positive for microscopic fungi were divided into A,B,C groups.Group A(26 patients) were treated with Pifukang Lotion,2 times/day for 4 weeks;group B(30 patients) were treated with 1%Bifonazole Ointment,2 times/day for 4 weeks;group C(32 patients) was treated with Pifukang lotion plus 1%Bifonazole Ointment,the treatment was the same as former.All the patients retested the microscop-ic fungi 1 week after the medicine withdrawal.Results: 4 weeks after treatment,the total effectiveness of three groups had significance differences(P0.05).The total effectiveness of group C(81.25%) was higher than group A and group B(P0.05).The clearance of fungi of group C(84.38%) was higher than group A and group B(P0.05).Conclusion: The curative ef-fect of Pifukang lotion plus 1%Bifonazole Ointment in the treatment of patients with Malassezia folliculitis is significant,it can improve the effectiveness and clearance of fungi with little adverse reaction and good reliability.It provides a new and effective way for the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.
