The invention provides a gas distribution plate for a fluid bed reactor, which comprises a plate body (1) and a hole (2) arranged on the plate body (1). The plate body (1) is a rotary body that is uniform in thickness. The generatrix of the rotary body is an arc with curvature increasing gradually from bottom to top. The invention further provides a fluid bed reactor which comprises a gas chamber (4) and a gas distribution plate. The gas distribution plate is the one provided by the invention. The gas chamber (4) is located below the gas distribution plate. The shape of the gas distribution plate complies with the gas flow rate distribution in the gas chamber. The gas distribution plate applied in the fluid bed reactor ensures that the gas distribution is more uniform during the reaction.
