The embodiment of the invention discloses a pixel structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. The pixel structure includes a substrate, an anode layer, a first auxiliary light-emitting layer, a light-emitting layer, a cathode layer and at least one first resistor structure; the light-emitting layer at least comprises a first light-emitting portion and a second light-emitting portion; the first light-emitting portion corresponding to first sub pixels; the second light-emitting portion is corresponding to the second sub pixels; the turn-on voltage of the first sub pixels is larger than the turn-on voltage of the second pixels; the first resistor structures are located on a closed path from the first auxiliary light emitting layer to the cathode layer and are arranged at the vertical direction of the second light-emitting portion and are at least partially overlapped with the second light-emitting portion, and are not overlapped with the first light-emitting portion; and the absolute value of the difference value between the sum of the resistance values of the at least one first resistor structure and the second light-emitting portion and the resistance value of the first light-emitting portion is smaller than a first preset value, so that color crosstalk which occurs when a display panel comprising the pixel structure performs display can be alleviated, and the display quality of the display panel is improved.
