Изучение биоаккумулирующей способности пробиотических препаратов при интоксикации лабораторных животных медью

2015
The results of studies on the Basillus microorganisms ability to accumulate the copper ions, as components of probiotic preparations, using the in vivo model, are submitted in the article. The positive dynamics of the above metal content reduction in animals’ tissues is indicative of effectiveness of the above preparations application. On the basis of experimental data it has been ascertained that the B.subtilis 534 microorganism, being a component of the Sporobacterin preparation, has the highest bioaccumulation ability. It is shown that inclusion of the above preparation into the basic diet leads to maximum reduction of copper ions concentration in the bone tissues and skin surface of laboratory rats.
