Importância das serventias extrajudiciais frente à desjudicialização e impactos nos currículos do Ensino Superior de Direitos

2021

Thus, the search for alternative means of conflict resolution that guarantee access to justice, dejudicialization, is an important method of promoting this access. Thus, this article aims to analyze the urgent need to insert the registry office and the registration law in the curriculum networks of Higher Education Institutions (IES - Portuguese acronym) with undergraduate degrees in law in Brazil, both to train law operators and to update the curriculum, not contemplated in Resolution No. 05 of December 17, 2018, of the National Council of Education, considering that extrajudicial services are an important pole of the exercise of law, which can walk alongside the Judiciary to assist it in the effectiveness of citizens' rights. Keywords: Extrajudicial Servicing; Disjudicialization; Academic Curriculum; Law Higher Education Institutions.
