The invention provides a 3D-printing preparation method for tablet medicines through spraying medicaments on a matrix material. The method comprises the steps: firstly, carrying out three-dimensional scanning and layering treatment on a medicine required to be printed, then, mixing main ingredients and a binder of the medicine so as to prepare a printing raw material, and meanwhile, selecting a biodegradable material as the matrix material for printing the medicine; finally, laying the matrix material on a three-dimensional forming platform through a 3D printer firstly, and then, spraying multiple layers of the printing raw material on the matrix material of each layer. According to the method, by adopting the novel printing method that the medicaments are sprayed on the matrix material, some problems in tablet preparation by the traditional process can be effectively solved; meanwhile, the variety and content of a disintegrant and the binder in the medicine can be independently controlled during printing, so that the effective dispersion speed and gradient of tablets can be quantitatively regulated and controlled, and the blood entering speed of effective ingredients is increased.
