Instrument for analyzing quality of sulfur hexafluoride gas in electric equipment

2011
The invention relates to an instrument for analyzing the quality of sulfur hexafluoride gas in electric equipment. The instrument comprises an analysis mechanism of a purification device, wherein the analysis mechanism is composed of a sample inlet, a temperature detection branch, a decomposed product detection branch and a purity detection branch; and the outlet end of the sample inlet is respectively communicated with the temperature detection branch, the decomposed product detection branch and the purity detection branch via a first four-way pipe. In the invention, a test is only conductedonce so that the detection of important items in three related standards namely brackish water detection, decomposed product analysis and purity analysis of SF6 equipment can be satisfied; and the gas using amount of the test is saved by reducing the detection test times of equipment, thereby being energy-saving, environmentally-friendly and effectively protecting the detection equipment. Meanwhile, the instrument can be used as a portable instrument for on-site electrified detection of working flows to avoid the influence caused by outage overhaul and the instrument can also be used as a labinstrument for off-line test analysis.
