Study on the Inclusion Constant of β-CD·Pirooxcam by Phase Solubility Method

The spectroscopic character and thermal stability of the inclusion compound of β-CD with Pirooxcam were investigated. The host/guest ratio and the inclusion constant of the compound were 1∶1 and 983 mL/g or 325.8 L/mol, respectively.
