NH4+ derepression of azide resistant mutant of Azotobacter chroococcum
1985
Summary Five azide resistant mutants of Azotobacter chroococcum were isolated after MNNG mutagenesis. These mutants varied in their ability to detoxify azide in the presence of NH 4 + and this ability has been found to be directly related to NH 4 + derepression.
