Organic light emitting display panel and organic light emitting display device with a built-in touch screen

Embodiments of the present invention relate to an organic light emitting display panel with a built-in touch screen, in which a plurality of sub pixels defined by a plurality of data lines and a plurality of gate lines are arranged, a sealing layer for a sealing function and a color filter layer on the sealing layer are disposed, and a plurality of touch electrodes are disposed on the sealing layer, and a touch screen embedded organic light emitting display device including the same. According to the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to provide the organic light emitting display panel and the organic light emitting display device with the built-in touch screen, having a structure where the touch screen can be embedded in the organic light emitting display panel.
