Low-corrosion rubber condensed composition and use method thereof

The invention provides a low-corrosion rubber condensed composition. The composition is prepared from, by mass, 0.02-0.2% of sodium polycarboxylic acid, 0.08-0.3% of non-chloridion acid type calcium salt and 99.5-99.9% of water. A preparation method of the low-corrosion rubber condensed composition includes the steps that firstly, the water is heated to 60-95 DEG C, then non-chloridion acid type calcium salt and sodium polycarboxylic acid are added, the materials are dissolved for 5-10 h in a stirring state, the materials are cooled to normal temperature, and the low-corrosion rubber condensed composition is obtained. The low-corrosion rubber condensed composition is applied to rubber condensation, pores of rubber particles obtained after condensation are increased, water drainage is quickened, the drying rate is increased, the mechanical performance of an obtained rubber product is improved, and corrosion to equipment and pipelines can be greatly reduced.
