In the present invention, on the basis of the code of a plurality of applications, it is determined whether the plurality of applications access, with permission, prescribed privacy information, and a first label is attached to the applications determined to access, and a second label is attached to the applications determined not to access. A score is calculated for each vocabulary item so that the score is higher for vocabulary items a greater number of which are included in the explanatory text of the applications to which the first label is attached than in the explanatory text of the applications to which the second label is attached. A prescribed number of vocabulary items are extracted from vocabulary items having a higher score. The application in which the extracted vocabulary items are included in the explanatory text thereof is classified as the application referring to the permission.
