PS9 - 11. The importance of cardiovascular management in patients with cystic fibrosis after lung transplantation

Lung transplant (LTx) is the ultimate therapy for lung failure in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). Data on the long term mortality and morbidity are limited. Morbidity relates to issues related to metabolic parameters including diabetes and the metabolic syndrome as well as loss of pulmonary function with chronic rejection states.
