Совместные подходы ММБИ, ЮНЦ и лаборатории климата океана НОАА (США) к организации океанографических и гидробиологических баз данных арктических и южных морей России

Approaches of MMBI and SSC RAS to organize oceanographic and hydrobiological databases are considered. Characterization of climatic and biological atlases of the Barents, Kara and Azov Seas, issued during the period 1998-2008, done. Developed algorithms for the modernization of databases, quality control procedures and software tools for work with data are described.
