XPS and Mössbauer study on amorphous FeBSi alloys

Abstract XPS and Mossbauer measurement were carried out. Two states of B atom and two states of Si atom were detected in amorphous FeBSi. The electronic structure in amorphous and the amorphous forming ability are discussed.
