A polymerization catalyst polyester comprising an aluminum compound and a phosphoric compound, in which the aluminum compound is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an aluminum carboxylate, aluminum chloride, aluminum hydroxide , aluminum carbonate, an aluminum phosphate, a phosphonate aluminum, an aluminum alkoxide, a compound aluminum chelate, a partial hydrolyzate of an organoaluminum compound, and metal aluminum.
