A novel seawater spirulina industrial aquaculture device is composed of a greenhouse body and aquaculture ponds. A plurality of aquaculture ponds are arranged in the greenhouse body, and non-toxic and tasteless resin emulsion paints are coated on the inner walls and the bottoms of the aquaculture ponds. An air inflation device is arranged in each aquaculture pond and comprises an air inflation pipe, a plurality of aeration heads connected onto the air inflation pipe and an air pump connected with the air inflation pipe, the air inflation pipe surrounds each aquaculture pond for a circle, and the air pump is provided with an air filter device. A nutrient solution conveying pipe is arranged at one end of each aquaculture pond, a liquid exhaust pipe is arranged on the lower portion of each aquaculture pond, and a switch device is respectively arranged on the conveying pipe and the liquid exhaust pipe. The conveying pipe is connected with an infusion pump, and a cleaning pipeline liquid exhaust port and a valve are arranged at one end of the conveying pipe. A stainless steel filter device is arranged on the head of the liquid exhaust pipe. A caliduct is respectively arranged at the bottom of each aquaculture pond, and a switch temperature adjusting device is arranged on the head of each caliduct. The greenhouse body comprises an east side supporting wall, a west side supporting wall, a north side supporting wall, a south side supporting wall and a hollow device formed by an arch-shaped supporting keel arranged at the top of the greenhouse body and transparent glass reinforced plastics arranged on two sides. A dressing room, a buffer room and a liquid preparing and spirulina collecting room are arranged on one side of the greenhouse body, an air inflation machine room is arranged on the other side of the greenhouse body, and a passageway provided with a sliding window capable of being opened and closed is arranged on the back portion of the greenhouse body. A sliding window capable of being opened and closed is respectively arranged on the front portion and a back wall of the greenhouse body, and each sliding window is provided with a dustproof and insect-proof net. A load-bearing column is arranged in the middle of the greenhouse body, and a lighting device is arranged on the upper portion of the greenhouse body.
