Electrocardiogram is a very important diagnostic tool, also used for cardiac risk estimation. We are seeing elderly in progress population as times goes by. There are some electrocardiographic changes in ancient patients increase with aging. This review is about the most frequent of these changes and their clinical features. Every particular electrocardiogram change has his own expression in the clinically ill patient.
