The invention discloses a computer which comprises a mainboard, a power module, a first communication module and a control chip. The control chip is connected with the mainboard and the power module, identification codes of one or a plurality of electronic devices are preliminarily stored in the control chip, the control chip compares an identification code of an electronic device to the preliminarily stored identification codes when the identification code of the electronic device is transmitted to the first communication module by the electronic device, and the mainboard can be powered on by the power module under the control of the control chip when the identification code of the electronic device is matched with the corresponding preliminarily stored identification code, so that the computer can be started. The invention further provides a computer start-up control system and a computer start-up control method. The computer, the computer start-up control system and the computer start-up control method have the advantage that service safety of the computer can be effectively managed.
