Coil Shooting on Tulip Discovery – Processing Challenges and Results

The circular (Coil) shooting geometry, when compared with conventional 3D marine data, introduces several differences and a number of new challenges in the whole modeling, acquisition and processing workflows. This paper describes the positive seismic processing experience made on Tulip Coil data in Indonesia.
