Correlation study of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, D-dimer, left atrial diameter with cardiac function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation
2014
Objective To investigate the correlation of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer,left atrial diameter with cardiac function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods Sixty-five patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were chose as test group, and 55 patients without atrial fibrillation were chose as control group.Their ages, levels of FPG,TC,TG,hs-CRP,D-dimer,LAD and LVEF were recorded. Results The ages, levels of hs-CRP,D-dimer,and LAD were higher in test group than those in the control group, and the level of LVEF was lower in test group than that in the control group (P<0.05).In test group, the LVEF was negatively correlated with age(r =-0.196),hs-CRP (r =-0.486),D-dimer(r =-0.209),LAD (r =-0.741),P < 0.05.Age,hs-CRP,D-dimer,LAD were the influencing factors of cardiac function of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Conclusions Advanced age, inflammatory factor, fibrinolytic system factor and cardiac structural modification probably can lead to the decline of cardiac function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
