Educación, identidad y cultura popular tradicional en preuniversitario

The present article has as a purpose offering the bases for the development of local, popular and traditional culture as a theoretical- methodological paper that makes possible the increasement of the development of the cultural identity in the process of education of students of pre-university education in Cuba. Solving the problem and fulfilling the objective allow the enrichment of the pedagogical theory, contextualized for Cuba and Latin America. The aspects to ponder about and assessments presented result from long – term investigations as part of the project Education- Patrimony- Identity in Holguin province.
