Social Networks and its Marketing Potential for small and medium Enterprises

Thesis gave a very detailed description of the work with three social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The work is intended for specialists in small and medium-sized businesses who want to promote their services through social networks. The main objective is evaluating hotels activities on social networks and propose steps which would enable the company to achieve success mainly on Facebook, but also on other networks such as LinkedIN and Twitter. The central hypothesis of this thesis is the following statement: marketing campaign on Facebook is an absolute necessity for every SME. The second hypothesis examines if social networks not only allow advertising, but also provide excellent instrument for receiving feedback on product and serves for interaction with clients.
