Исследование перекисного окисления липидов и содержания оксида азота в крови больных эхинококкозом

Աշխատանքի նպատակն է ուսումնասիրել լյարդի էխինոկոկոզի ժամանակ արյան լիպիդների գերօքսիդային պրոցեսները և ազոտի օքսիդի պարունակությունը: Ուսումնասիրման արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ հիվանդությունը ուղեկցվում է ազատ ռադիկալային պրոցեսների ակտիվացմամբ, որը բերում է հիդրոգերօքսիդների, մալոնային դիալդեհիդի և ազոտի օքսիդի քանակի ավելացման: The purpose of this work was to study the process of lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide content in the blood of patients with echinococcosis of the liver. Our data suggest that in patients with liver echinococcosis there is observed activation of free radical reactions leading to increase in the levels of hydroperoxides, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide.
