New progress in the drug treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a progressive disease characterized by pulmonary vascular remodeling, which may lead to increased pulmonary artery pressure and right ventricular heart failure. With the increasing understanding of the pathogenesis of PAH in recent years, considerable progress has been made for the treatment of various aspects of PAH, and the fate of PAH patients has been changed.
