Method for judging aging of insulator RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanized) coating

The invention provides a method for judging aging of an insulator RTV (room temperature vulcanized) coating. The method comprises the following steps: sampling the insulator RTV coating to obtain a sample piece; carrying out TSC (thermally stimulated current) test on the sample piece; calculating the trapped charge quantity and the trap energy level of the sample piece through a TSC curve obtained from the test; and judging the aging degree of the RTV coating according to the trapped charge quantity and the trap energy level of the sample piece. The aging state of the RTV coating is evaluated from a microcosmic electrical characteristic angle; the trapped charge quantity and the trap energy level are used as characteristic quantities to quantize the aging degree; and therefore basis is provided for further regulating time and making a scheme for coating the insulator with an RTV material, and the problem of low accuracy of the judging method for the aging of the insulator RTV coating in the prior art is solved.
