Развитие инструментального компонента психологического здоровья у старших подростков

The analysis of approaches to the problem of domestic psychologists structural components of psychological health. Singling out the axiological, instrumental and need-motivational components of the mental health of adolescents, the authors note that there is a relationship between these components. Analyzing the results obtained by the method of the self, the authors conclude that, in general, for this sample of adolescents is characterized by a feeling of sympathy for himself, a feeling of self value. Describing the results of the study of individual measures reflexivity, it noted that most of the subjects have an average and a low level of reflection, which indicates a lack of formation of the instrumental component of psychological health of older teens. It is shown that the development of the instrumental component of psychological health of older adolescents is an effective method of training for personal growth.
