The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle snow depth intelligent measuring and forecasting method and system for snow disaster along a railway line. The method utilizes two sets of unmanned aerial vehicle snow depth measuring devices to monitor real-time snow depth data of two positions in the train operation environment in real time, and then, a snow disaster monitoring big data center can continuously and dynamically monitor the operation of a train and the operation environment, thereby filling the blind area existing in the current monitoring means; the flexibility of the unmanned aerial vehicle snow depth measuring devices is greatly utilized, and the unmanned aerial vehicle snow depth measuring devices, work stations, the snow disaster monitoring big data center and a ground train control center are utilized for establishing a monitoring network and historical database capable of covering snow disaster danger areas; the train can be emergently braked in time after receiving dispatching information and can stop moving before reaching a dangerous snow accumulation position; and the unmanned aerial vehicle snow depth measuring devices and the train are kept to be relatively static, thereby ensuring the reliability and timeliness of the acquired data, and greatly avoiding the blind zone of monitoring the ice and snow accumulation condition of a rail.
