Innovation in services emerges as a need for competitiveness and adaptation to market trends. Given this, will fall into the travel agents, tour companies selling products, which increasingly demand quality, variety among other attributes determined by consumers increasingly demanding. For better understanding of this phenomenon, this article presents the results of a survey that aimed to see what the perception of the owners, managers and travel agents on innovation in the travel agents in the municipality of Balneario Camboriu, SC. The method was used several cases exploratory survey, with the implementation of a questionnaire to gather data. The results show that there is a good understanding of questioned about the process of innovation.
