Polarimetric indicators for tissues characterization and recognition

In this project, we use the Indeces of Polarimetric Purity (IPPs) to perform a quantitative analysis, to study their interest in the biomedical context. The IPPs and other polarimetric metrics will be used to study the samples from a quantitative point of view. Statistical treatment of data will be applied to bound the accuracy of the different indicators to the recognition of different structures in ex-vivo samples.
