Comparison of Strains of Mycoplasma gallisepticum by Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis
1974
SUMMARY Strains of Mycoplasma gallisepticum isolated from chicken flocks in which the response to infection was considered atypical were compared with selected reference strains by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The electrophoretic patterns were similar, substantiating the serotypic identity of the strains. No significance could be attached to the minor variations observed.
