Curative Effect Observation of Xuezhikang Combined with Small-Dosage Aspirin in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypercholesterolemia

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of oral Xuezhikang capsule combined with small-dosage aspirin for the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypercholesterolemia.Methods: Eighty-eight chosen patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(44 cases) was treated with oral Xuezhikang and aspirin once a day.The control group(44 cases) was treated with inositol niacinate.Compared with the serum total cholesterol level of two groups at the 2nd month,6th month and the 12th month before and after treatment respectively,the mortality of patients with coronary heart disease was counted up at the end of following up.Results: Serum total cholesterol level of the treatment group decreased significantly.Compared with self-control and the control group,the difference was more significant with the prolongation of treatment time(P0.05).The mortality(2.7%) of patients with coronary heart disease in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.9%).There was statistical significance between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Xuezhikang has an effective role for adjusting blood lipid.Xuezhikang combined with small-dosage aspirin could reduce the mortality of patients with coronary heart disease effectively and it is suitable for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.
