Three primary colours polymer white light emitting material and preparation method thereof

2010
A three primary colours polymer white light emitting material is polymer with the structural general formula shown as below. In the formula, x is 0.0001-0.5 and y is 0.0001-0.5. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 2,7-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-9,9-dioctylfluorene, 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dioctylfluorene, 2,7-dibromo-9-fluorenone and 4,7-bis-2'-(5'-bromo)-thiophene-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole according to a molar ratio of 100:50-100:0.02-50:0.02-50, adding trtrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium and methyl trioctyl ammonium chloride, and refluxing and stirring to react in toluene and 2mol/L of sodium carbonate solution at 60-120 DEG C under the protection of nitrogen. The element prepared from the polymer white light emitting material with the structure of ITO/PEDOT/the white light emitting material/Ca/Al can emit white light through electrofluorescence and the electroluminescent light spectrum has obvious red light, green light and blue light peaks.
